Sustainability consulting firm Close the Loop recently unveiled RecyclingKits.com, a subsidiary meant to help individuals and small businesses manage electronics and materials that are not typically collected curbside.
The initiative is a “one-stop destination” that provides specialized recycling kits and comprehensive recycling information, according to a press release from Kentucky-based Close the Loop.
For example, the small electronics kit can be used for calculators, laptops, tablets, phones, circuit boards, keyboards, mice, hard drives, data storage items, projectors, headsets, routers and modems.
Size options include desktop, small, medium and large, ranging in price from $49 to $109.
“By choosing to recycle your hard-to-recycle items through RecyclingKits.com, you are contributing to a cleaner, healthier planet for current and future generations,” the press release stated.
