The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission determined that a resolution from shareholder representative group As You Sow should be included in PepsiCo‘s proxy materials to be considered at its upcoming annual shareholder meeting. The resolution urges the company to work to reduce plastic pollution, and PepsiCo had argued to exclude it.
