A Nashville-area electronics recycling operation will open new locations in three Tennessee cities, the parent nonprofit organization announced.
Gallatin, Tenn.-based Electronics Recycling Solutions (ERS) will open locations in Franklin, Johnson City and Chattanooga, according to a press release from Health Connect America (HCA). HCA, which acquired ERS in late 2019, provides mental and behavioral health services. R2-certified ERS employs adults with disabilities.
The expansion project has already created 10 new jobs for adults with disabilities, and more hires are planned as new locations are opened, the release states.
“Through this expansion and upcoming expansions, we are going to be able to employ many more adults with disabilities,” Dave Krikac, vice president of operations at HCA, stated in the release.
