News from Eastman, The Recycling Partnership and more

Cyclyx expanded its 10to90 All-Plastic Bag It & Bring It collection program in Houston, Texas. 

Dow partnered with Procter & Gamble to develop a proprietary recycling technology for hard-to-recycle plastics. 

Eastman and Sealed Air partnered to develop a certified compostable tray for protein packaging, replacing PS trays. 

The Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative hired Jason Jordan as president. 

The Recycling Partnership hired Kate Davenport, formerly of the Minnesota nonprofit Eureka Recycling, as a chief policy officer.

Circular solutions company Revolution launched Dailygood Bags, heavy duty trash bags made with as much as 97% post-consumer resin.

Starbucks is lightweighting its single-use cold cup by up to 20%. 

WM finished a nearly $39 million upgrade in Germantown, Wisconsin, automating the facility with AI and optical sorters.

The World Wildlife Fund and The Recycling Partnership hosted an invite-only event featuring lawmakers, business and NGO leaders discussing policies to tackle plastic waste.
