Arizona-based DMD Systems Recovery opened a facility in Austin, Texas, expanding the reach of its reuse-first ITAD business. 

The second facility comes after “explosive growth” for the company, a press release noted, and “underscores its commitment to meeting current and future clients’ needs and leading innovation in the ITAD industry.”

DMD specializes in ITAD solutions for Fortune 500 and Cloud 500 companies, noting in the press release that Austin is “known for its tech-forward mindset and innovative spirit.” 

Aaron Zeper, DMD CEO, said the expansion will allow the company to meet its increased service demands, while also improving its geographical reach, reducing its environmental impact and positioning DMD “as the ITAD of choice for clients who want an ITAD solution crafted for governance and compliance across all assets, all locations.” 

The Austin facility has been audited for R2v3 and NAID AAA certifications, “reaffirming the company’s unwavering commitment to upholding the highest industry standards,” the press release added.
