Senturion

RoboVent designed the Senturion dust collector to use two- and four-cartridge frames, allowing the equipment to be put together in a number of different configurations.

Equipment supplier RoboVent recently increased the scope of uses for its dust collector products. The company released the Senturion product line, which it describes as the “most versatile dust collector in the industry.”

The company has traditionally served the metalworking and welding industries, tailoring its dust collection products specifically for use in those settings. But the Senturion expands the company’s coverage to recycling and other sectors.

“We’re still serving those industries, but with Senturion, we can address the needs of virtually any industry and dust collection application,” noted Rick Kreczmer, president of RoboVent.

The company describes Senturion as its “flagship industrial dust collector,” noting that the system has modular components that allow it to be adapted to any application. These include recycling, plastics processing and more.

RoboVent designed the dust collector to use two- and four-cartridge frames, allowing the equipment to be put together in a number of different configurations.

“This approach allows the dust collector to be sized precisely for the application, from an individual welding booth to an entire facility,” the company stated. “Mix-and-match intakes, hoppers, fire and explosion safety options and after-filters provide numerous opportunities for customization.”

The Senturion features optional HEPA or activated carbon after-filters for control of “ultra-fine particulate, vapors, gases and odors,” the company wrote, adding that these components “are used for cleanroom applications or for applications producing noxious fumes or odors, such as recycling or chemical production.”
