Belarus: The town of Rahachow is looking to help out utility ratepayers and increase its recycling rate at the same time. According to the BBC, the town will accept paper, plastic and glass for recycling in lieu of water and gas utility payments.

United Kingdom: A campaign supported by Prince Charles aims to introduce recycling bins to bathrooms in an effort to reduce plastic waste. The Daily Mail writes that the campaign was influenced by the statistics that 90 percent of packaging in the kitchen is recycled, compared with 50 percent in the bathroom.
