PetroChem Wire: Recycled HDPE loses pricing ground in 2015

CoPP black pellets sold at 50 cents per pound delivered (48 cents per pound FOB) Ontario last week, up 4 cents per pound due to strong demand and limited off-grade supply.

CoPP black flakes were done at 40 cents per pound delivered East Coast (38 cents per pound FOB), up 1 cent per pound.

In the U.S. domestic resale market, generic prime impact CoPP was assessed flat at 60 cents per pound railcar delivered, but spot CoPP availability was more limited than HoPP supply. Off-grade impact CoPP (1-2 izod) and HoPP were priced around 52 to 54 cents per pound railcar delivered..
