ITAD services provider XS International has been acquired by Evernex, which provides services to data center operators.

Based in Atlanta, 32-year-old XS International (XSi) provides data center services, including maintenance and ITAD services. XSi, which is R2v3 certified, will retain its identity after the acquisition by Evernex USA, Evernex’s U.S. subsidiary, according to a press release.

In the release, XSi’s founder and president, Todd Bone, said the acquisition “will enable us to expand our service offering from geographical, technological, and operational perspectives.”

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With a global footprint in 165 countries, Evernex provides a range of services to data center operators, including data destruction, repair and recycling.
