Certification scorecard

With the roster of companies attaining third-party certifications or audits continuing to grow, E-Scrap News has compiled a round-up of the firms announcing certification this past week.

  • Pasadena Recycling LLC of Baltimore is now certified to R2 and RIOS.
  • IMS Electronics Recycling's facility in Columbus, Ohio is now certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and R2.
  • Six Universal Recycling Technologies facilities are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, R2 and e-Stewards. They are located in Indianapolis; Clackamas, Oregon; Oakdale, Minnesota; Dover, New Hampshire; Fort Worth, Texas; and Janesville, Wisconsin. The Dover, Fort Worth and Janesville locations have also been CHWMEG audited.
  • Electro-Shred's Brantford, Ontario facility is now certified to ISO 14001 and R2.
  • Adera of Naples, Florida; ATI SecureDocs of Austin, Texas; Shred Confidential of Anaheim, California and The DocuTeam LLC of San Luis Obispo, California have either achieved or renewed their NAID Certification for Physical Destruction of Hard Drives.
