Big blue kiosks will soon begin popping up in the downtown of the nation's capital as part of a beverage container recycling initiative headed by PepsiCo. The beverage giant has partnered with Washington D.C.'s Department of Public Works and the Downtown D.C. Business Improvement District (BID) to bring the company's Dream Machines to the city's downtown area as part of its effort to help reach its 45-percent diversion goal.
