2 | Plastics Recycling 2014: Extra events mean extra value


Besides the thought-provoking sessions and bustling trade show, Plastics Recycling 2014 also offers attendees a full plate of ancillary meetings and networking opportunities that will make the trip to Orlando even more worth your while.


The Association of Postconsumer Plastic Recyclers (APR) will hold its annual membership meeting in conjunction with the Plastics Recycling Conference on March 12-13, 2014. Following the Plastics Recycling Conference, the The Society of Plastics Engineers' Plastics Environmental Division's 2014 GPEC will take place March 12-14. And on the afternoon of March 10, SPI: The Plastics Industry Trade Association is offering a half-day summit to highlight emerging technologies that will shape the future of the plastics recycling industry.


In addition, attendees can check out the China Scrap Plastics Association's The Forum of China Scrap Plastics Industry in the Post Green Fence Era the afternoon of March 10. Finally, the Association of Postconsumer Plastic Recyclers is offering "an update on the state of the plastics recycling industry" at a free informational breakfast on the morning of March 12.
