Oxo-biodegradable bag manufacturer Symphony Environmental has asked the U.K. government to exempt oxo-biodegradable bags from a plastic bag tax set to go into effect 2015. In return, Symphony has stated it will recycle all plastic and oxo-biodegradable bags collected in England.
