3 | Ann Arbor rejects Recyclebank

After much budgetary handwringing, the City of Ann Arbor, Michigan has withdrawn from its contract with Recyclebank, a company that seeks to increase recycling rates through consumer incentives. However, questions remain if the program could have worked.
