2 | E-Scrap 2011: The latest on mergers and acquisitions

Mergers and acquisitions are a hot topic this year in the rapidly-evolving e-cycling market. With large corporations and municipalities seeking stronger assurance from potential recycling partners about their financial and operational stability, smaller e-cyclers are worried about losing out. Additionally, although some smaller processors have experienced early success in a market sub-segment there is a growing trend towards consolidated, large-scale "one-stop" e-cyclers offering the full spectrum of services and which have greater control over their material's final destination. Senior investment banker at Canaccord, Dan Coyne, will elaborate on the big-picture consolidation trends in the e-cycling industry.

This year's E-Scrap Conference will be held October 5-6 at the Omni Championsgate in Orlando, Florida. For more information, visit www.e-scrapconference.com, or click the banner below.
