3 | Both sides spin Congressional report on e-scrap exports

Dueling press releases from the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries and the Electronics TakeBack Coalition seek to put their own spin on a just-released Congressional Research Service report on the effect an e-waste export ban would have on U.S. free trade agreements.
