4 | Reports of Utah e-cycling death premature?

Utah's first take on electronics recycling may have died in the legislature, but it seems another effort is underway. Senate Bill 184 would require manufacturers to meet reporting requirements set by the state's Department of Environmental Quality if they want to sell electronics in the state. Manufacturers are exempted from these reporting requirements if they develop a consumer education program on the recycling options available for their products.
