Arrow Electronics, Inc., which last November purchased IT asset disposal firm Intechra, has launched an electronics supply-chain management and disposal service consisting of Intechra, reverse logistics firm ReSolve and global asset management firm Converge.

Waste Management has released a sustainability report outlining the environmental, economic and social impacts of its operations in North America for 2010. Although most of the company's recycling efforts are centered around other materials, it recognizes the growing presence of e-scrap in waste streams and has ambitions to capitalize on it.
