News from The Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA), Story of Stuff Project and more

The Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA) is continuing its work to support C&D debris diversion in rural New Hampshire with an EPA grant. 

Resource Recycling Systems (RRS) made five more of its employees part of its ownership team. 

The State of Texas Alliance for Recycling (STAR) appointed Adrian Hernandez of Pearland, Texas as board chair and acting executive director. 

The Story of Stuff Project launched a Bring Back Refill campaign, asking The Coca-Cola Co. to make reusable bottles available in the U.S.

The US Composting Council (USCC) and Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI) released guiding principles for compostable product labeling legislation. Viably (formerly Komptech Americas) expanded to California, Arizona and Nevada.
