American Baler Company announced the retirement of Jon Sage, Parts and Service Manager, after more than 23 years with the company. Shawn Byers was promoted to take Sage’s place.

ReFED and Closed Loop Partners have teamed up on a new $100 million Circular Food Solutions Funding Platform that will help scale up food waste reduction solutions. It has an $80 million investment fund, a $10 million grant fund and a $10 million innovation program. Seed funders include Google and The Betsy and Jesse Fink Family Foundation.
