Cloud-based software company AMCS entered into an agreement to acquire software company Quentic for an undisclosed amount.

The California Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery (CalRecycle) released its recycled glass end market report for 2021. 

Packaging producer Huhtamaki will invest $100 million to add 250,000 square feet to its Hammond, Ind. plant, expanding molded fiber production capacity.

The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) announced that senior vice president Holly Arthur has been promoted to chief operating officer.

Strategic Materials promoted Laura Hennemann to senior vice president of sustainability and corporate affairs, a new role in the company. 

UBQ Materials announced that metal-polymer parts manufacturer Polymertal will include UBQ in a material called SPP-50XX.
